Join the Pro Bono Impact Round for NFPs by Dog and Bone Consulting: IT Managed Service Provider Assessment.
Is your IT Managed Service Provider Delivering Value for Money?
Dog and Bone Consulting, an independent tech advisory specialising in the NFP sector, regularly offers pro bono services via themed Impact Rounds, within their broader Impact Program. In their latest Impact Round (IT Managed Service Provider Assessment), they have developed a survey based on 4 key indicators that will highlight areas for improvement and give your NFP actionable advice to strengthen the performance of your IT operations.
Let’s face it, working with technology can be challenging. IT Managed Service Providers (MSPs) play a key role in managing the technology and day-to-day operations of most NFPs. But for anyone involved in managing IT systems at NFPs, they’re convinced their IT support provider ‘speaks another language’, ‘doesn’t do what I need them to’ or ‘costs too much’.
Take the survey by 14 Feb 2025 and get a free, customised report plus the opportunity for pro bono consultation.
Many NFPs are working with tight budgets for their projects and services. That’s why taking a strategic approach to external resourcing is crucial. When it comes to evaluating IT Managed Service Providers, the assessment looks at bang for buck, service levels, and how well they fit with an organisations mission, goals and overall strategies.
By joining this Impact Round, eligible participants will get an independent view of how their MSP is performing, giving them the confidence to make informed decisions.
What’s included
Eligible survey participants receive a customised assessment of their MSP at the conclusion of the round, created by experts at Dog and Bone Consulting. It covers 4 key performance measures – Alignment, Governance, Technology and Cost, and will give you actionable advice to improve your IT operations. All information is confidential between the participant and Dog and Bone.
The survey takes 5-10 minutes to complete.
To help you prepare for the survey, here’s what you will need to have on-hand:
- Monthly costs associated with your MSP.
- Number of staff categorised as ‘full users of all services’.
- Number of staff categorised as ‘light users’, such as board members and care workers.
- Last 3 months invoices from your MSP (optional).
- A copy of your MSP contract (optional).
